Your Mission

As a Technical Implementation Specialist, you will:

• Guide enterprise clients through seamless API integration and onboarding processes.
• Own and maintain technical, customer-facing documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex integration and data issues, ensuring smooth system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development.

What LimeFlight Is Looking For

• Proven experience with RESTful APIs and enterprise software integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coding knowledge is a plus, as is experience in airline or flight management systems.
