Tasks: Product Specialist at Securecell AG

In this role, you will report to the lead of the Numera Team, and your responsibilities will include, but wont be limited to, being responsible for all project management around our Numera PAT system and planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects. You support our Field Engineer in the installation and maintenance of Numera systems, user training, application support, and technical support for our worldwide direct customers and distributors. Based on customer experiences and needs, you will further develop and optimize Numera and collaborate with development project partners in academia. You supervise production ensuring quality control.
