Randstad DigitalSwitzerland is seeking a talented professional to join a crucialproject delivering a new ERP solution for our client, empoweringtheir Corporate Services to excel in fiduciary responsibilities anddrive business value.
Make a real impact: You'llbe at the forefront of designing and implementing the Record toReport (RTR) processes within this cutting-edge ERPsystem.
YourRole:
- Architect & Design: Developand design the architecture for RTR processes, ensuring alignmentwith business requirements and industry bestpractices.
- Integration Expert: Ensure seamlessintegration of the RTR module with other ERP modules and externalsystems (procurement, sales, inventory,etc.).
- Technical Leadership: Provide technicalguidance and leadership to development teams during theimplementation of RTR solutions.
- RequirementAnalysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analysebusiness requirements, translating them into clear technicalspecifications.
- Integration Development: Designand develop integration components, including APIs, middleware, anddata transformation tools.
- Quality Assurance:Conduct thorough testing of RTR solutions to ensure they meetbusiness needs and performreliably.
- Documentation & Support: Createand maintain detailed documentation of RTR solutions and provideongoing support and troubleshooting for RTR-relatedissues.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updatedwith the latest technologies and best practices in ERP and RTRprocesses, recommending improvements to existingsolutions.
- Project Reporting: Attend projectreview meetings and report onprogress.
YourProfile:
- Several years of provenexperience in ERP implementation, specifically in the RTRdomain.
- Deep proficiency in ERP systems andfamiliarity with integration technologies (APIs,middleware).
- Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills to design and optimize complex businessprocesses.
- Excellent communication skills tointeract with stakeholders and provide effectivetraining.
- Proven ability to manage projects,including planning, execution, andmonitoring.
- Fluency in English ismandatory.
- Location: On-site inGeneva.
