A Day in the Life of a Communications Manager -Operations

- Represent theOperations community in the various communication campaignsorganized by Corporate Communications
- Design and deploy multi-channel communications, includingdigital platforms, videos, presentations, speeches, newsletter andprinting materials
- Write, edit andsimplify texts, presentations and announcement
- Manage the intranet sites and WorkPlaceplatform for Operations
- Be themain point of contact for communications to units within Operationson key topics and lead events (webcasts, forums, )
What will make yousuccessful

- 3-5 years of experience in communications and focus ondeveloping communication strategies.
- Experience in writing articles, speeches and expertise indistilling messages.
- Knowledge ofAdobe Illustrator or Adobe InDesign or Adobe Photoshop or AdobeAcrobat
- Strong capabilities andcommunication skills to manage senior stakeholders.
- Project management skills
- Ability to build rapport, trust andcredibility at all levels of the organization and to collaboratecross functionally and pitch-in on various other departmentprojects.
- Experience with a widespectrum of digital communications tools (intranet, WorkPlaceSolutions, etc.).
- Fluent inEnglish, French is a plus.
