A publicsector institution in Switzerland, within the IT and DigitalServices domain, is currently looking for a Senior Project Managerwith expertise in Information Security. The person in this rolewill manage and drive strategic projects related to securitycompliance, secure solution development, and access controlmeasures.
Requirements - Education andCertifications:
? Master's degree in Information Systemsor equivalent
? Certified in project or programmanagement (HERMES, PMI, IPMA, or equivalent)
Key Competencies:
? Minimum of 5 years' experiencemanaging IT projects focused on Information Security and/or DataProtection
? Strong understanding of risks andchallenges related to data security
? Solid knowledge ofproject tracking tools and methodologies
? Provenexperience leading multiple simultaneous IT projects (preferablyusing HERMES)
Preferred Skills:
?Strong understanding of technical architecture and securityconcepts
? Knowledge of security-related topics:cryptographic protocols, access management, compliance
frameworks, etc.
? Experience working withengineering teams, internal stakeholders, and seniormanagement
? Risk management expertise
?Familiarity with ITIL v3 or v4 (certification is a plus)
Main Responsibilities:
? Lead andmanage IT security-related projects (e.g., secure remote access,access rights
compliance)
? Conduct technicalassessments and propose action plans to ensure alignment withinternal
security standards
? Supportinternal teams during the implementation of key securityinitiatives
? Communicate effectively with stakeholdersand project sponsors
? Track and report on quality,performance indicators, and compliance efforts
